Cheffe Megh: from Canva to a bilingual 28-page site
Meghann, known as Cheffe Megh, cooks in her clients' homes in Lyon: batch cooking, one-off help and events. I am turning her French-only Canva site into a coded 28-page website in French and English, built for Google, for AI assistants and for bookings.

Before / after – Cheffe Megh: from Canva to a bilingual 28-page site

Comparison made on 30 October 2026 between the live Canva site and the new version, before its launch.
What I did – Cheffe Megh: from Canva to a bilingual 28-page site
- A coded 28-page website, 14 pages in French and 14 in British English, linked with hreflang tags.
- One page per service: batch cooking, one-off help, events, seasonal menu and packages.
- A price estimator that lets clients work out their weekly package in a few clicks.
- Two pages explaining France's 50% tax credit and its immediate advance, the clinching argument for personal services.
- Local business structured data (offers, service area, FAQ, Meghann's profile and chef's qualification) and an llms.txt file, for Google and AI assistants.
- A warm art direction that suits her cooking, built around photos of her dishes.
What the site changes for Meghann – Cheffe Megh: from Canva to a bilingual 28-page site
Each service now has its own page, targeting local searches such as “chef à domicile Lyon” or “batch cooking à domicile Lyon”. An English-speaking family living in Lyon finds the same information in their language, and the price estimator answers the first question before the first call: how much does it cost each week?
The new website will go live on cheffemegh.com shortly.
