Privacy

The site is served by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Contact form data is sent via the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which keeps it for 30 days, and is used only to answer your enquiry; I keep it for up to three years. Measurement cookies are only set with your consent (see below); I never use advertising cookies. You can request access, correction or deletion at contact@antonanton.fr.

Legal bases and recipients: data from my forms is processed to answer your request, as pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); analytics is based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The data is processed by my service providers Web3Forms (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, only with your consent, Google (audience measurement). Some of these providers are based or process data outside the European Union, particularly in the United States: these transfers are covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection and data portability, and the right to withdraw your consent: write to contact@antonanton.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the French CNIL (cnil.fr). My services are intended exclusively for businesses.

Analytics: only if you accept it in the banner, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to measure visits and contact requests. Measurement cookies (_ga) are only set after your consent and expire after 13 months at most; you are asked again every 6 months. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. Data may be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the ‘Cookie settings’ link at the bottom of every page. No advertising cookies are used.

Videos: some pages show videos hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited). They are only loaded, in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), when you click to play them; YouTube may then process your data under its own privacy policy.

Retention periods

• Messages sent through the forms: 30 days with Web3Forms, then no more than three years after our last exchange.
• Client data: for as long as we work together; invoices and accounting records are kept for ten years, as required by French commercial law.
• Analytics cookies (_ga): 13 months at most.
• Google Analytics 4 data: 14 months.
• Your cookie choice: 6 months, after which you are asked again.

Complaints

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or with the data protection authority where you live – in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
