Personal data
Information sent through the contact form passes through the Web3Forms service (web3forms.com), which keeps it for 30 days, and is used only to reply to your enquiry. I keep it for up to three years after our last contact. You can exercise your rights at contact@antonanton.fr, or lodge a complaint with the French CNIL or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC).
Legal basis and recipients: information received through the form is processed to answer you, as a pre-contractual step taken at your request (EU GDPR, Article 6(1)(b)). Visit statistics rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Article 6(1)(a)). The data is processed by my service providers: Web3Forms (form delivery), Cloudflare (hosting and security) and, only with your consent, Google (visit statistics). Some of them are based, or process data, outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability and to withdraw your consent: write to contact@antonanton.fr. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority such as the French CNIL (cnil.fr) or Singapore's PDPC. My services are intended for businesses only.
Retention periods
- Messages sent through the form: kept by Web3Forms for 30 days, then for up to three years after our last contact.
- Client data: kept for the duration of the business relationship; invoices and accounting records are kept for 10 years under French commercial law.
- Analytics cookie (_ga): up to 13 months.
- Google Analytics 4 data: 14 months.
- Your cookie choice: asked again after six months.
